Job Description
Gerhards Appliance – a family-run business for 75 years, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and motivated Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling product, meeting individual/store sales goals, and most importantly building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure the best possible client experience.

Individual responsibilities will include engaging in conversation, both in person and by phone, with potential clients to help guide and assist throughout the process of their Gerhards experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand product knowledge (training is provided), Gerhards Sales processes, exhibit exceptional customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals provided by Sales Manager.
• Aiding clients during the process of purchasing their home appliances.
• Understanding product knowledge.
• Creating and managing client experience.
• Understanding of company operations.
• Building new relationships within the Kitchen Design community.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule – ability to work evenings and weekends.
Experience
• 1+ years of Sales Experience,
• Appliance knowledge is NOT required (training provided)
• 1+ years of Customer Service
Salary
• Hourly rate based on experience + competitive commission structure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year
